Made from carefully selected beef cuts, and combined with real spices, our carne meats beef salami is made from 100% beef and air-dried for a minimum of 5 weeks. Perfect for pizza topping, sandwiches and cold cuts platters!
Thaw naturally in the fridge overnight. Remove salami from the refrigerator for 10 -15 minutes in ambient temperature before consuming. Can serve in coldcuts platter, salad, pizza, sandwiches.
